Over the past few months I’ve been re-evaluating my companies Client Relationship Management (CRM) solution and have come to a simple, but startling conclusion:  “Everyone™ needs a CRM solution for their business.”  “Why everyone,” you may ask.  That’s simple, the strength of these systems over something like Excel or Access is tremendous and, in many cases, can easily export your data to the spreadsheet program of your choosing.  With a CRM system the data is consistent, and when managing anything over a few customers with small advertising campaigns, is a real life saver.
